Installing the Engine

1. Secure the engine mount on the airplane

ﬁrewall. Tighten the engine mount screws

in the ﬁrewall.

2. Install the engine on the engine mount

according to the airplane manufacturer’s

instructions.

WARNING: Tighten all engine

mounting screws before each ﬂight. If

you do not tighten the engine

mounting screws, the screws may

vibrate loose and cause the engine to

separate from the fuselage.
